Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 30, 2021

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the manner in which Let's Give, LLC ("Let'sGive", "we", or "us") and our website at www.letsgive.org (the "Site"), as well as all related websites, networks, applications such as our progressive web app, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Policy is displayed (collectively, together with the Site, our "Service") collects and uses data from individuals. This Policy, which is incorporated into and is subject to the Let'sGive Terms of Use, describes the information that we gather from you on the Service, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information.

Let'sGive provides a platform on which end users (Users) and product sponsors (Sponsors) collaborate for the benefit of Charities and other causes. This collaboration typically takes the form of Drives. During a Drive, Sponsors ask users to review a product and provide feedback by filling out a brief Survey. In return, the Sponsor makes a donation to a Charity of their or the User's choosing.
